This American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience through double dry-hopping with Citra. Intense waves of grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical melon dominate the aromatics, supported by a 'fluffy' organic malt base that contributes subtle notes of biscuit and toasted grain. The clean fermentation from organic yeast allows the punchy hop character to remain the focal point. While assertive in its hop presence, the beer maintains balance with a soft mouthfeel and a crisp, dry finish. It represents a modern, high-gravity interpretation of the style, blending traditional drinkability with intense, contemporary hop expression.

Appearance. Deep gold (6-8 SRM). Large, persistent white head with fine lacing. Generally clear, though double dry-hopping may impart a very slight, luminous haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent Citra characteristics of grapefruit skin, passion fruit, and lime. Low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl.

Taste. Initial burst of citrus and tropical fruit hops. Moderate-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Malt flavor is low to moderate, suggesting fresh bread and light cereal. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering hop resin and citrus aftertaste.
