Omnipollo Beglo is a refreshing Hazy IPA crafted for post-session relaxation, showcasing a vibrant sensory profile defined by the assertive use of Simcoe hops. It delivers an aromatic punch of resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, and ripe passion fruit, set against a background of soft, bready malt. The appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous straw-gold hue and a resilient white foam. On the palate, the hop-forward intensity is balanced by a remarkably smooth, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness. Each sip concludes with a clean, juice-like finish, emphasizing bright citrus notes and a delicate, fruity fermentation character that ensures high drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4–6 SRM). Hazy and opaque with a luminous quality; medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with very high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pine, grapefruit, and passion fruit from the Simcoe hops, alongside notes of mango and orange. Low grainy, bready malt background with neutral fermentation esters and no alcohol heat.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with citrus and tropical fruit dominance and an earthy, resinous pine undertone. Low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness (approx. 30–40 IBU context) that is non-harsh. Finish is off-dry, smooth, and juice-forward.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or harshness; subtle alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
