The palate is defined by the soft, rounded richness of the Balder malt, providing a sturdy backbone for a notably firmer bitterness than is typical for the style, yet it remains impeccably balanced. Appearance. Pale gold (3–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
