This Double IPA is a sensory collision of lush tropical fruit and creamy confectionery. A potent aromatic profile is driven by Citra, Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka hops, delivering layers of white grape, passionfruit, and zesty lime. Hand-cut Ugandan vanilla beans infuse the beer with a soft, marshmallow-like sweetness that rounds out the intense hop character. Despite the decadent aroma, it maintains the structured backbone of a strong ale, balancing hop-derived resins with a clean, supportive malt base. The 8.3% alcohol provides a gentle warmth, enhancing the velvety, dessert-adjacent finish while keeping the hop bitterness firm and focused.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze. Features a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing and moderate retention.
