This Belgian Golden Strong Ale presents a refined sensory profile defined by its delicate balance and effervescent nature. Poured pale gold with a slight, natural haze from bottle refermentation, it releases a sophisticated bouquet where soft, grainy Pilsner malt notes meet high-intensity esters, notably ripe banana and subtle pear. A selection of three hop varieties provides a subtle, herbal aromatic backing. On the palate, it is full yet surprisingly crisp, delivering a light peppery spice and a well-integrated alcohol warmth. The finish is lean and dry, punctuated by a gentle bitterness that cleanses the palate, showcasing over a century of brewing tradition.
