Pure Moods is a vibrant interpretation of a German Pils, elevated by the bright, assertive hop profile characteristic of a West Coast Pilsner. This straw-colored lager pours with brilliant clarity under a persistent, creamy white head. The aroma leads with moderately high floral and herbal notes, backed by a clean, grainy-sweet malt foundation reminiscent of toasted crackers and light honey. On the palate, a crisp, initial malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, lingering bitterness.
