Inspired by Baldr, the Norse god of light, this German Pils radiates a brilliant golden hue and a refreshing character. The sensory profile is led by a moderately-high aroma of floral and spicy traditional German hops, layered over a clean foundation of Continental Pilsner malt. This malt base provides subtle cues of toasted crackers and a delicate touch of honey. On the palate, a crisp, grainy sweetness is quickly eclipsed by a firm bitterness, driving toward a bone-dry and snappy finish. Light-bodied and highly carbonated, it offers a sophisticated balance between herbal hop intensity and a clean, minerally lager precision.

Appearance. Deep yellow (3 SRM), brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent flowery and spicy hop notes. Low grainy-sweet malt character suggestive of crackers and light dough. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters.
