Appearance. Deep amber (approximately 12 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Crowns with a persistent, medium-sized, off-white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent floral blossoms and ripe stone fruit. A clean, medium-low malt presence provides a foundational scent of lightly toasted bread and subtle caramel. Fermentation is clean with no noticeable esters.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the floral and fruity aroma. Assertive bitterness is present from the start but balanced by a medium-low grainy malt sweetness and light caramel notes. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean hop character and supportive malt in the aftertaste.
