This clear American IPA, crafted with a base of Pilsner malt, delivers an ultra-crisp and refreshing sensory experience. A sophisticated hop bill featuring Motueka, El Dorado, and Cashmere produces a zesty tropical foundation. The profile is elevated by a significant dry-hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, which project bold aromas of passionfruit, ripe summer berries, and fresh lime zest. The result is a vibrant, fruit-forward profile that maintains a clean, lean malt backbone, allowing the distinctive New Zealand hop character to shine through with a bright, unforgettable intensity and a snapping, dry finish.

Appearance. Pale gold (4-6 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by New World characteristics: crushed gooseberry and passionfruit from Nelson Sauvin, paired with bright lime zest from Motueka. Secondary notes of melon and soft berry fruit. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral canvas.

Taste. Vibrant hop flavors of tropical fruit, lime, and white grape skins lead the palate. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean. The malt contributes a low, cracker-like graininess. It finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation enhances the refreshing quality. Minimal alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
