Cruising is an exceptionally crisp American IPA that leans into the modern 'Cold IPA' aesthetic, delivering a vibrant sensory experience of summer. The aroma is dominated by a punchy blend of Simcoe, Centennial, and Cashmere hops, offering bright notes of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and a splash of tropical mango. A backbone of Weyermann Pilsner malt, augmented by corn and toasted flaked rice, provides a lean, cracker-like foundation that allows the hops to remain the focal point. The palate is sharply refreshing with a clean, dry finish and a lingering citrus bitterness, embodying a sunshine-ready profile that remains balanced and incredibly drinkable.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 6-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, bright white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine from Centennial and Simcoe, complemented by subtle tropical melon notes from Cashmere. Malt is low and grainy, suggesting toasted rice and pale crackers, with an exceptionally clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Hop-forward with high flavor intensity echoing the aroma's citrus and pine character. The malt presence is low and grainy-sweet, showcasing Weyermann Pilsner malt with a crisp, adjunct-driven lightness. Bitterness is firm and clean, leading into a very dry, snappy finish with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a very smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated, with no perceived astringency.
