Indiana Jane presents as a vibrant, contemporary American IPA, emphasizing a juicy sensory profile that balances approachable strength with high aromatic impact. The pour reveals a bright gold body with a persistent white head. The aroma is dominated by New World hop character, bursting with notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus zest. A clean, neutral malt base provides a light, grainy support without distracting from the hop-forward focus. On the palate, the bitterness is firm yet integrated, leading to a crisp, dry finish that highlights lingering tropical fruit flavors and a refreshing, clean fermentation character typical of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold color (approx. 7 SRM). Slight haze is present, consistent with its juicy character. Topped by a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, mango, and citrus notes. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with very low yeast-derived esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-centric with flavors of stone fruit and citrus. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a structural backbone but remains smooth. The malt flavor is low, offering a subtle toasted grain backdrop. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering hoppy, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
