St. Lupulin is a vibrant American Pale Ale that celebrates the floral essence of the hop flower. This extra pale ale pours a brilliant pale gold with a resilient white head. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense, resinous hop profile evocative of fresh lupulin, balanced by bright citrus and pine notes. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base of bready grains provides a lean foundation for firm bitterness. The finish is remarkably crisp and dry, leaving a lingering trail of floral hop oils without any harshness, embodying the refreshing and hop-forward spirit of a Rocky Mountain summer.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma characterized by fresh pine resin, grapefruit zest, and delicate floral notes. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence provides a neutral background, while subtle fruity esters add complexity to the fresh dry-hop perfume.

Taste. Leading with a punchy hop flavor of citrus peel and resinous pine. The malt character is restrained, suggesting toasted crackers or white bread.
