Appearance. Very pale straw color (2-3 SRM). Features a slight haze from the wheat and lemon additions. Large, billowy white head with poor retention and high effervescence.
Aroma. High intensity of sharp, zesty lemon and clean lactic tartness. A moderate doughy wheat character suggests sourdough bread. No hop aroma is present.
Taste. Clean lactic sourness dominates the initial impression, followed by bright, zesty lemon flavors. A light bready, grainy wheat flavor provides a subtle foundation. While cane sugar adds a balancing sweetness, the finish remains crisp and very dry. Hop bitterness is undetectable.
Mouthfeel. Light body with very high carbonation, creating a prickly, effervescent sensation. Features a crisp acidity and a refreshing bite with minimal alcohol warmth.
