This German Pils presents a refined sensory profile that balances traditional European structure with modern hop innovation. The use of the ADHA 1940 hop variety provides a sophisticated bouquet of spicy, herbal, and floral notes, serving as a seamless alternative to Saaz or Tettnang. Visually brilliant with a persistent white head, the beer opens with a delicate grainy-sweet malt character that quickly transitions into a firm, clean bitterness. The finish is remarkably crisp and dry, driven by high attenuation and a minerally snap that highlights the cracker-like Pilsner malt. It is an elegantly balanced lager designed for high drinkability.
Appearance. Brilliant, pale straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma featuring spicy, herbal, and flowery notes from the ADHA 1940 hops. Supported by a low to medium grainy, doughy, and toasted cracker malt character. Fermentation profile is clean with no esters or diacetyl.
