This Zested Belgian Single is a vibrant, low-ABV table beer designed for maximum refreshment. The inclusion of Mosaic Spectrum hops provides a modern tropical layer that intertwines seamlessly with the classic spicy esters of the Belgian yeast. Intense citrus aromas of fresh lime zest and Buddha’s hand provide a bright sensory profile, while subtle hints of lemon verbena add an herbal complexity. A surprising cotton candy note emerges from the ester profile, grounded by a soft, bready malt base. It is a semi-complex yet balanced expression, finishing remarkably dry with a crisp, hoppy snap that highlights its sessionable strength.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (approx. 3-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a voluminous, billowy white head with excellent persistence and fine-beaded lacing.

Aroma. High intensity citrus forward, dominated by fresh lime zest and exotic Buddha's hand. Medium-low spicy Belgian yeast esters provide notes of black pepper and a hint of cotton candy sweetness. The Mosaic Spectrum hops contribute subtle tropical fruit and floral undertones, supported by a light, crackery malt backdrop.

Taste. The initial impression is crisp and highly refreshing. A light, honeyed biscuit and grainy malt flavor provides a soft foundation for aggressive lime and herbal lemon verbena. Hop bitterness is firm and well-defined, leading into a very dry, clean finish. Tropical notes from the Mosaic hops linger alongside a spicy, peppery yeast character in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a very high, prickly carbonation that enhances the beer's dryness. There is zero alcohol warmth, making it exceptionally sessionable, with a clean and slightly effervescent mouthfeel.
