This modern American Pale Ale showcases a vibrant hop profile driven by Strata, Motueka, and Idaho 7. The experience begins with a layered sensory stage of candied pineapple and sweet blood orange, transitioning into the lush character of well-ripened flat peach. A refined herbal lift of lemon verbena provides a crisp counterpoint to the fruit-forward intensity. While grounded by a neutral malt base that ensures drinkability, the beer is defined by its silky, round texture and exceptionally soft bitterness.
