This ultra-refreshing American Lager presents a clean, neutral profile designed for effortless sessionability. Appearance. Very pale straw to medium yellow color, SRM 2. Clear to brilliant clarity. White, frothy head with moderate to low persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity malt aroma with a grainy and slightly sweet character. Very light floral or spicy hop aroma. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile without yeast-derived esters or phenols.

Taste. Relatively neutral palate with a crisp, dry finish. Low grainy malt flavor with a hint of sweetness. Low hop bitterness. Moderately-low floral and spicy hop flavor. Well-balanced and exceptionally clean with a refreshing aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a watery consistency. Very high carbonation providing a crisp carbonic bite on the tongue. No perceived alcohol warmth.
