This New Zealand Pilsner is a vibrant, hop-forward collaboration between Octavo Arte and Nebula Brewing Co. It pours a brilliant yellow-gold with a resilient, creamy white foam. The aromatic profile is dominated by the expressive New Zealand hops, Motueka and Superdelic, which provide an inviting bouquet of lime zest, white grapefruit, and luscious tropical red fruit. A clean, bready malt backbone supports the hop intensity without overshadowing it. On the palate, a crisp, moderate bitterness leads into flavors of gooseberry and honeydew melon, finishing remarkably dry and refreshing. With its medium-light body and smooth carbonation, it perfectly balances modern hop character with traditional lager drinkability.

Appearance. Yellow-gold (SRM 3-4); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent lime, white grapefruit, and tropical fruit notes from Motueka and Superdelic. Supported by medium-low bready and crackery malt with a very clean, neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus, gooseberry, and melon. Medium-low grainy-sweet malt provides a balanced foundation. Medium-high bitterness is clean and well-integrated, leading to a dry, smooth finish with a lingering tropical hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. The palate is notably smooth and refreshing without any harshness or astringency.
