This vibrant Hazy IPA offers a saturated tropical profile driven by a heavy-handed addition of Azacca, CryoMosaic, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. The sensory experience is dominated by a punchy pineapple core and layers of ripe stone fruits, showcasing the distinctive lupulin impact of the hop blend. Its appearance is characterized by a luminous, opaque haze and a plush white head. On the palate, the hop-derived fruitiness melds seamlessly with a soft, bready malt base, resulting in a quintessential juicy character. With its restrained bitterness and smooth, medium-full body, this collaboration emphasizes drinkability while delivering an intense, aromatic hop-forward finish typical of the style.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Deep gold to light orange with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, mango, and papaya. Mosaic and CryoMosaic contribute subtle berry and citrus notes, while El Dorado adds stone fruit depth. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with light fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with pineapple and tropical fruit leading. Low, neutral, grainy malt provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-integrated and never harsh. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. No perceived alcohol warmth or hop-derived astringency.
