Octavo Arte KOE is a luscious Hazy IPA that leans into its milkshake-inspired roots through the strategic use of lactose and Azacca hops. The addition of milk sugar provides a soft, creamy sweetness that enhances the beer’s perceived body, creating a velvety foundation for the hops. Expect a vibrant sensory profile dominated by intense aromas and flavors of ripe pineapple and tropical fruit, characteristic of the Azacca variety. The malt profile remains neutral and bready, allowing the juice-forward hop expression to take center stage. With its restrained bitterness and smooth, smoothie-like texture, this ale offers an approachable and refreshing fruit-forward experience.
