Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8-10 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of jasmine and rose petals alongside ripe tropical fruit. A light resinous pine character provides a secondary layer. Malt is low, clean, and grainy.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of melon and citrus zest, transitioning into a firm, clean bitterness. Low malt flavors of toasted cracker provide a brief mid-palate support. The finish is dry and lingering with a persistent floral and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly resinous texture. Carbonation is medium-high, creating a crisp mouthfeel. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated.
