Wind Chimes is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights a modern, hop-forward profile through a double dry-hopped lens. The sensory experience is led by an intense bouquet of citrus zest, resinous pine, and tropical stone fruit, driven by a complex blend of Citra, Chinook, Idaho 7, and ADHA 218. A lean, extra pale malt base provides a crisp, crackery foundation that allows the hop oils to take center stage. Citra provides bright grapefruit notes, while Chinook adds a classic evergreen snap. Idaho 7 contributes nuanced black tea and apricot, supported by the unique berry-like character of ADHA 218, finishing refreshingly dry and clean.

Appearance. Pale golden color (5–6 SRM) with a moderately large, bright white head featuring excellent retention and fine lacing. Generally clear, though the double dry-hop process may impart a very slight, luminous haze.

Taste. Initial impression is vibrantly hoppy with flavors of tangerine and mango transitioning into a firm, piney bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that enhances the crisp, refreshing character. Overall smooth finish without any hop-derived astringency or harshness. Alcohol warmth is negligible at this ABV.
