Singularity presents a vibrant Hazy IPA profile defined by a sophisticated hop trio. The aroma is an intense rush of tropical fruit, where Mosaic drives notes of blueberry and mango, while Sabro contributes a distinctive creamy coconut and pineapple character. Talus adds a layer of pink grapefruit zest and subtle floral rose. Built on a foundation of Irish Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, and Flaked Oats, the beer offers a soft, pillowy texture that carries the juicy hop flavors across the palate with minimal bitterness. Fermented with London III, the ester profile reinforces the stone fruit depth, finishing with a smooth, lush complexity.
Appearance. Pours a deep straw to light gold with a heavy, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passion fruit, coconut, and citrus. Mosaic provides dark berries and tropical notes, while Sabro adds tropical creaminess and Talus contributes herbal grapefruit. A background of bready, grainy malt and fruity esters from London III yeast provides depth without any caramel.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice. High flavors of mango, coconut, and citrus zest reflect the hop additions. The malt flavor is low, presenting as light bread and raw grains. Bitterness is low to moderate, providing balance against a soft, off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward with no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and a smooth mouthfeel enhanced by the flaked grains. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that supports the fuller body without becoming hot.
