This Imperial Oaked Wee Heavy presents a lavish sensory profile defined by its deep, bready-toasty malt core. Rich layers of caramelized sugar, English biscuits, and decadent butterscotch are elevated by a sophisticated oak treatment, introducing nuances of vanilla and a structured, woody depth. The 8% alcohol content manifests as a gentle, integrated warmth that complements a tapestry of dried fruit esters like plums and raisins. It strikes a masterly balance between heavy malt sweetness and the drying influence of the wood, concluding with a lingering, complex finish that emphasizes the luxurious and chewy nature of a Strong Scotch Ale.

Appearance. Deep ruby to dark brown (20-25 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, creamy tan head that shows moderate retention; evident legs on the glass walls reveal its higher alcohol concentration.
