O'Hara's Brewery 51st State IPA

Carlow Brewing Company brew traditional Irish beers and their own interpretation of international beer styles, in the heart of Ireland’s traditional malt and hop growing region.  They are also known as O’Hara’s Brewery, the brewery founder’s family name. Carlow O'Hara's 51st State IPA is an unfiltered IPA. Taking its inspiration from the New England IPA style that is bursting with bold tropical flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot and peach. The carefully chosen hop blend gives an intense citrus aroma well adding a well-balanced yet mild bitterness.
