Nurse Ipaprofeno
Nurse Ipaprofeno is a robust American IPA that commands attention with its vibrant golden hue and forceful sensory presence. The bouquet is dominated by intense citrus and tropical fruit notes driven by Amarillo and Cascade hops, underscored by the resinous, spicy depth of Columbus. A sturdy foundation of Pale Ale and Crystal malts provides a clean, grainy sweetness with hints of light caramel, balancing the assertive, lingering bitterness. This flagship ale delivers a medium-bodied, smooth experience with a moderately dry finish, perfectly capturing the classic profile through its harmonious blend of pungent hops and supporting specialty malts.
Appearance. Deep golden color (SRM 7-9) with excellent clarity. Pours with a thick, off-white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
