Secret Embrace reimagines the American IPA through a contemporary West Coast lens, emphasizing aromatic intensity and a crisp, dry finish over aggressive bitterness. Utilizing advanced hop products like Mosaic Incognito and Mosaic Lupomax, the beer delivers an explosive sensory bouquet of ripe blueberry, tropical mango, and resinous pine. The exclusive use of light malts ensures a pale, clean foundation that allows the multifaceted Mosaic character to remain the focal point. A smooth bittering from Flex provides a firm yet refined structure. This profile balances its 7.2% strength with a lean body, resulting in a refreshing, hop-forward experience that highlights modern lupulin innovation.

Appearance. Golden (SRM 6-8); brilliant clarity; medium-sized, white, creamy head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent hop-derived notes of blueberry, tropical mango, and citrus zest from Mosaic; very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt; neutral fermentation profile with minimal esters.

Taste. Initial impression is vibrantly hop-forward; flavors of berry and stone fruit dominate alongside a subtle piney resin; low, clean, grainy maltiness with no caramel or toast; medium-high bitterness that is firm but smooth; very dry, clean finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
