Holy IPA is a vibrant American IPA that balances a complex malt bill of Pilsner, Vienna, and Wheat with a bold hop presence. The aroma is dominated by the specific combination of Chinook and Mosaic hops, delivering an intense bouquet of pine and resinous spice layered over lush tropical fruit and dark berries. On the palate, the inclusion of Vienna and Cara malts provides a sturdy, lightly toasted backbone that supports a firm bitterness. The finish is dry and lingering, showcasing the oily resin of the dry-hopped Chinook and the persistent melon and stone fruit character of Mosaic.
Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color. Brilliantly clear with a thick, persistent white head that exhibits excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of blueberry, mango, and papaya from the Mosaic hops, alongside a resinous, piney character from Chinook. A low, clean, grainy maltiness with light toasted notes supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
