Nova Runda Tropical Yeti
Nova Runda Tropical Yeti is a complex Specialty IPA that balances a substantial addition of wheat malt with a bold, dark malt character. The foundation of wheat goodness creates a smooth, creamy texture that carries the vibrant hop quartet of Comet, Nugget, Sabro, and Simcoe. On the palate, resinous pine and grapefruit notes from Simcoe and Comet intersect with the distinct coconut and tropical fruit profile of Sabro. This interplay is supported by restrained hints of chocolate and toasted bread, leading to a firm Nugget-driven bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Appearance. Dark brown with mahogany highlights and a light haze; features a persistent, light tan head with moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, coconut, and stone fruit from Sabro, citrusy grapefruit from Comet, and resinous pine from Simcoe; low toasted wheat and light cocoa malt notes in the background.
Taste. Initial tropical fruit and citrus flavors transition into a smooth, bready wheat mid-palate; restrained chocolate and coffee notes are present but do not clash with the hops; firm bitterness from Nugget leads to a dry, lingering resinous finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and smoothness from the heavy wheat malt; moderate carbonation; light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Nova Runda Tropical Yeti - White IPA - 6.8% - 50cl blik
Tropical Yeti:De monniken hadden geen bescherming meer nodig, dus moest ik op zoek naar een nieuw, permanent onderkomen. Ik huurde een Penguin-gids in, pakte mijn spullen, maakte een slee schoon en nam 4 dozen White IPA mee. Toen we een tropische kust bereikten, was één kist verdwenen om mijn vrachttol te dekken.
Nova Runda:Onze hele productiefilosofie is gebaseerd op bier dat vers gedronken moet worden en daarom bottelen we geen bier, maar enkel in blik en fust. Er zijn geen woorden als filtratie en pasteurisatie in ons biervocabulaire, en u zult begrijpen waarom wanneer u ons bier van de tap of uit blik in een van onze faciliteiten probeert! Onze belangrijkste leidraad was om de Kroatische biermarkt te voorzien van bieren die verschillen van industriële macrolagers, bieren die hoppig en complex zijn, bieren die de consument vragen om een beetje na te denken over wat hij drinkt, om te begrijpen dat bier een kunst is.
