This American IPA presents as a shimmering glass of liquid gold, radiating an intense bouquet of citrus zest, resinous pine, and ripe tropical fruit. A foundation of clean, grainy malt provides a subtle, supportive backbone that allows the aggressive hop character to dominate the experience. On the palate, a firm bitterness strikes early and lingers, balanced by a light toasted malt sweetness that quickly yields to a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (SRM 7-10), clear with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.
