Solar Haze radiates with a luminous, tropical intensity driven by a quartet of New World hops. The sensory journey begins with an explosion of passion fruit and pineapple from Galaxy and Idaho 7, layered with the complex blueberry and stone fruit notes of Mosaic. Simcoe adds a subtle piney depth that grounds the bright citrus profile. This Hazy IPA offers a plush, pillowy texture that carries waves of mango and apricot across the palate. A soft, restrained bitterness ensures the focus remains on the juicy hop expression, finishing with a clean, bready malt sweetness and a lingering tropical glow.

Appearance. Light orange with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous quality; features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passion fruit, pineapple, and citrus zest. Subtle notes of blueberry and apricot emerge alongside a neutral, lightly bready malt character and mild fruity esters.

Taste. High-intensity tropical fruit flavors including mango and peach follow the aroma. A low to medium-high hop bitterness is present but remains soft and masked by a medium-full body. The malt provides a grainy, supportive backbone, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish without any harsh hop bite.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and velvety body with no astringency or harshness. Carbonation is moderate, and the 6.7% alcohol provides a very light, well-integrated warmth.
