This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by an intense concentration of tropical fruit character. Lush notes of ripe mango and tart passion fruit dominate the foreground, a direct result of aggressive late-hop additions and biotransformation. The inclusion of oats provides a signature luminous haze and a soft, velvety texture that cushions the palate against hop harshness. A clean, bready malt backbone provides necessary structure without introducing distracting caramel or toast.
