Now I'm the Road is a luminous Hazy IPA that showcases a masterful blend of Citra and Azacca hops. At 7% ABV, this beer offers a plush, pillowy mouthfeel and a radiant, opaque appearance. The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit, featuring prominent mango and pineapple notes from the Azacca, which are sharpened by the bright grapefruit and lime zest character of Citra. A soft, bready malt backbone provides a neutral canvas for the intense hop oils to shine. The finish is smooth and off-dry, emphasizing a juicy fruit-forward profile over assertive bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a characteristic glow. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Dominant notes of tropical mango, papaya, and crushed pineapple from the Azacca, layered with bright grapefruit, orange peel, and light passion fruit from the Citra. Subtle bready, doughy malt in the background with a clean, neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive tropical fruit punch. Flavors of ripe stone fruit and melon lead into a citrus-heavy mid-palate of lime and grapefruit. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and non-lingering. Malt is lightly bready and supportive, finishing smooth and off-dry with a clean, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with a faint, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no hop-derived astringency or harshness.
