Nothing Bound Brewing Co

This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers an intense tropical sensory experience driven by a focused dry-hopping of Citra and Nectaron. The Citra hops provide a foundational brightness of squeezed grapefruit and lime zest, while the Nectaron introduces lush, saturated notes of ripe peach, pineapple, and passion fruit. A soft, pillowy malt backbone offers a gentle bready sweetness that supports the hop intensity without adding weight. The overall character is exceptionally juicy, featuring a smooth, rounded palate and a restrained bitterness that ensures the stone fruit and citrus oils linger long into the clean finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a distinct hazy shine; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; explosive stone fruit (peach, nectarine) and tropical fruit (pineapple) from Nectaron, paired with Citra’s citrus punch of grapefruit and lime; low grainy-sweet malt character; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor featuring dominant peach, nectarine, and mango; low to medium-low malt flavor with a bready, neutral character; low to medium perceived bitterness that remains soft and well-integrated; off-dry finish with a lingering, juice-like aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture; moderate carbonation; very light alcohol warmth; smooth with no astringency or hop harshness.
