This American Pale Ale presents a bright, hop-forward profile built on a clean and supportive malt foundation. The sensory experience is lead by a vibrant trio of hops: Centennial provides classic notes of floral citrus and grapefruit zest, while Simcoe adds a contrasting layer of earthy forest pine and resinous depth. Subtle tropical fruit undertones and hints of fresh lime emerge from the Ekuanot, all resting upon a light, bready malt backbone. With its crisp fermentation and moderate bitterness, this beer achieves a harmonious balance, offering a refreshing and highly drinkable character that showcases modern hop complexity within a traditional framework.

Appearance. Pours a clear, pale golden to deep yellow color (SRM 5-7). Topped by a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and light, lingering lacing.
