Nothing Bound Brewing Co

This Hazy IPA presents an explosive sensory profile driven by a potent trio of hops. Citra leads with vibrant grapefruit and lime zest, while Nectaron contributes succulent layers of sun-ripened peach and nectarine. The addition of Nelson Sauvin provides a sophisticated counterpoint of crushed gooseberry and white wine grapes. A soft, bready malt backbone supports the massive fruit intensity without overshadowing it. On the palate, the experience is creamy and juice-like, offering a pillowy texture that masks a gentle bitterness. It finishes with a lingering tropical essence, epitomizing the style’s focus on lush, aromatic hop saturation and effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of grapefruit, peach, and passionfruit, complemented by a distinct white wine grape character. Background malt is clean and lightly bready; fermentation is neutral with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with nectarine, gooseberry, and citrus. Low to medium-high bitterness that is perceived as soft and smooth. Malt is low but provides a grainy, supportive base. Finish is off-dry to medium and very smooth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, plush texture. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
