Day One is a vibrant and aromatic American Pale Ale that showcases a sophisticated hop profile. Featuring the quartet of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron, the beer offers a sensory-rich experience characterized by layers of tropical stone fruit, bright citrus, and a subtle piney resin. Aromas of pineapple and peach lead into a clean, crisp palate where neutral, bready malts provide a sturdy but unobtrusive foundation. The integration of modern hops creates a complex flavor profile of grapefruit zest and forest floor, balanced by a firm bitterness that ensures a refreshing, dry finish perfect for repeat sipping.
Appearance. Pale golden to light amber in color (6–8 SRM) with excellent clarity. It supports a moderately large, creamy white head with good retention and delicate lacing on the glass.
