Creaks is a vibrant American Pale Ale that showcases a modern, hop-forward profile while maintaining classic drinkability. The combination of Citra and Mosaic hops delivers a punchy bouquet of grapefruit zest, ripe mango, and blueberry, while the inclusion of HBC 586 adds complex layers of guava and lychee. A lean, bready malt backbone provides just enough support to anchor the lupulin-driven aromatics without overshadowing them. The experience is bright and refreshing, showcasing a clean fermentation and a firm, integrated bitterness that cleanses the palate, resulting in an approachable yet aromatically complex expression of New World hop varieties.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6-8 SRM) with excellent clarity. It supports a moderately large, creamy white head with good retention and fine lacing.
