The aroma is dominated by a tropical symphony where Idaho 7 contributes distinct notes of ripe pineapple and apricot, while Mosaic layers in juicy blueberry and mango. On the palate, Simcoe provides a subtle resinous counterpoint to the heavy citrus zest. The mouthfeel is characteristically soft and pillowy, supported by a neutral, bready malt backbone. With its opaque, sun-drenched appearance and restrained bitterness, this beer emphasizes juice-like drinkability, finishing with a lingering wash of stone fruit and tropical sweetness that remains smooth and approachable without any harshness.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Large, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
