This crisp British Golden Ale offers a refreshing profile designed for high-endurance celebration. Brilliantly clear and golden, it leads with an aromatic punch of grapefruit and tropical fruit driven by Mosaic and Chinook hops. The lean malt bill provides a subtle bready foundation, allowing the hops to shine without heavy caramel interference. On the palate, vibrant citrus and soft mango flavors transition into a resinous pine finish. Despite its sessionable 3.4% ABV, it maintains a firm, quenching bitterness and a bone-dry, snappy mouthfeel, making it an impeccably balanced and highly drinkable reward.
Appearance. Pale straw to deep gold (3–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate white head that shows fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring distinct grapefruit, pine, and hints of mango. Low bready malt aroma provides a clean backdrop. Minimal yeast esters and no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial citrus zest and tropical fruitiness followed by a moderate hop bitterness. Malt character is low and bready, lacking any caramel sweetness. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering note of pine resin.
