Knucklepuck Time was the first Northern Monk beer that I stocked at Wee Beer Shop, released back in August 2017. Back then it was a punchy Double IPA but for this release it’s been reworked to a sessionable 7%. Everything we loved about the original is here – big gooseberry and passionfruit flavours with subtler mango and peach notes. Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra, Eclipse.
