It features a specific focus on Cashmere hops, which deviate from typical tropical profiles by introducing unique woody and almost tea-like aromas. The sensory experience is anchored by a thick, pillowy malt base that provides a heavy body to support the 7% ABV warmth. Expect a complex interplay of soft stone fruit esters and a distinctive herbal, earthy hop character that reflects the 'Waning Ember' theme through its textured, warming delivery.
Appearance. Deep straw to orange-gold (4-7 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze providing a radiant shine. Crowning the pour is a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing.
