This bright American IPA, a collaboration between Northern Monk and Redwillow, offers a vibrant sensory journey despite its sessionable strength. The profile is defined by a modern hop bill featuring Idaho 7, Luminosa, and HBC431. Idaho 7 drives a deep, tropical juice core, while dry hopping with Luminosa and HBC431 introduces elegant layers of fresh peach, mixed berries, and more vibrant tropical fruit notes. Clean, grainy malt provides a light foundation, allowing the complex hop aromatics to remain front and center. It finishes crisp and hop-forward, delivering the punch of a traditional India Pale Ale in a highly approachable, lower-ABV format.
Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, persistent haze. Features a medium-sized, bright white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
