This celebratory Double IPA marks a decade of Northern Monk’s flagship hazy profile, elevated through a collaboration with New York’s Other Half. Drawing from the All... Everything series, this pour is defined by an ultra-juicy intensity and an indulgent, richly textured body. The double dry-hopping process saturates the profile with layers of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus, mirroring the vibrant character of the original Faith recipe but with significantly more impact. It is a thick, velvety experience where the high hop saturation balances against a soft, bready malt backbone, resulting in a complex yet remarkably smooth expression of the modern hazy movement.
Appearance. Gold to light orange (SRM 6-9). Opaque, heavy haze. Persistent, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring massive tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), stone fruit (peach), and citrus (tangerine). Supportive grainy malt and neutral to lightly fruity yeast esters. Subtle, clean alcohol warmth.
Taste. Initial impression of intense tropical juice. Malt flavor is clean and soft, providing a bready backdrop for layers of citrus and stone fruit. Bitterness is moderate to firm but exceptionally smooth without harshness. Finish is medium-dry and clean with a long, lingering hop-saturated aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a creamy, richly textured, and velvety mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth without any astringency.
