North End Brewing's Fest is a masterfully crafted Festbier that celebrates the transition of seasons with a deep golden hue and brilliant clarity. Brewed with 100% German malt and German hops, and refined through an extensive 90-day cold conditioning process, this lager exudes an elegant, toasty-doughy aromatic profile. The palate is defined by a soft malty richness, suggestive of fresh bread, balanced by a subtle herbal hop presence. Despite its moderately strong character at 5.9% ABV, it maintains a highly drinkable, dry, and crisp finish that encourages the next sip. It is a smooth, clean, and expertly balanced example of a modern pale German festival lager.

Appearance. Deep gold (5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, dense white foam head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a focus on toasty and doughy malt richness. Light accents of floral and herbal hops are present against a clean, sulfur-free lager fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression of medium-high malty richness, emphasizing lightly toasty bread dough flavors. Low to medium-low bitterness provides supportive balance without overshooting.
