This Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout presents a masterful integration of intense roasted grains and spirit-forward complexity. Aromas of dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted oak lead into a palate saturated with notes of black licorice, vanilla, and sweet bourbon. The significant 11.1% ABV provides a refined warmth that balances the aggressive bitterness typical of the base beer. Nuances of dried figs and raisins emerge as the liquid warms, framed by a velvety, full-bodied texture.
