Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Topped by a white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low malt intensity, characterized by bready and biscuity notes. Subtle, low-intensity spicy and floral hop aromatics from Tettnanger. Clean fermentation profile with no fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Moderate-low bready malt flavor followed by a subtle, spicy and floral hop quality. Bitterness is low but provides a balanced counterpoint to the malt. The finish is very dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with high carbonation that produces a lively, refreshing carbonic bite on the tongue. No alcohol warmth; smooth and highly attenuated.
