The sensory profile is defined by a vibrant, citrus-forward aroma that transitions into a juicy, zesty palate. The natural acidity of the Sicilian lemon zest is expertly balanced against a subtle hop bitterness, reminiscent of its DIPA roots but delivered at a sessionable 2.5% ABV. Appearance. Pale, cloudy yellow (2-3 SRM). Moderate white head with fair retention and slight lacing. Distinctly hazy and opaque, reflecting the addition of fresh juice and zest.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh Sicilian lemon zest and tart juice. Moderate hop character featuring tropical fruit and citrus notes from the hop-forward base. Low, clean grainy malt and a neutral fermentation profile.
