This Hazy IPA pours with a lush, opaque presence, showcasing a grist of extra pale malt, wheat, and both flaked and naked malted oats for a signature slickness. The sensory journey begins with whirlpool additions of Simcoe, offering an aromatic foundation of fresh pine and mango. A heavy dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca transforms the profile into a vibrant harvest of soft blueberry, sticky pineapple, and succulent nectarine. While intensely fruit-forward, it retains a balanced, refreshing bitterness on the finish, leaving a lingering impression of resinous mountain pine and bright citrus against a soft, creamy grain profile.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a medium to rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, sticky pineapple, and succulent nectarine. Secondary notes of soft blueberry and fresh-cut grass transition into a resinous pine character. Low bready malt and clean fermentation esters support the hop profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with nectarine, pineapple, and blueberry. A low, grainy-sweet malt character provides a soft backdrop. Bitterness is moderate and refreshing, finishing with a resinous mountain pine snap. The balance is hop-forward with an off-dry, juicy finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a slick, smooth, and slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without harshness.
