This Double IPA delivers an intensely saturated hop profile, showcasing the vibrant character of Nectaron, Citra, and Strata. A hazy, opaque pour leads into an explosion of tropical aromas where Nectaron provides lush peach and pineapple notes, while Citra and CRYO Citra contribute bright citrus. The addition of GCX Strata adds a complex layer of dankness, ripe strawberry, and melon, finishing with a hint of funky bubblegum. The heavy use of hop products creates a thick, juice-like experience, supported by a soft malt backbone and a smooth, integrated alcohol warmth that reflects its formidable strength.

Appearance. SRM 5-7. Opaque and hazy pale orange to light copper. Thick, creamy, persistent white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with high complexity. Prominent pineapple and peach from Nectaron, combined with grapefruit and lime from Citra. Significant dank, resinous qualities with hints of ripe strawberry and melon from Strata. Supportive, clean, bread-dough maltiness in the background with moderate fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors mirroring the aroma; ripe stone fruit, tropical pineapple, and bright citrus lead. Bitterness is moderate but soft, lacking harshness. Low, clean, bready malt character supports the high hop saturation. The finish is medium-dry to balanced-sweet, featuring lingering notes of dank resin and berry with a smooth alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Full and viscous body with a pillowy, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth without being solventy; very low hop-derived astringency.
